Everything Lseja can do
Every layer — brain, voice, vision — is swappable and configurable. Below are the things that make her a companion, not a widget.
AI brain — local or in the cloud
Lseja's heart is a language model. You can run it fully locally (nothing leaves your computer) or connect an online provider. The AI layer is isolated — swapping the model is a single setting.
- Private (local) or online mode — your choice
- Model and provider swappable at any time
- Personality, character and tone set in the panel

Autonomous decisions
Instead of a random animation every few seconds, Lseja has her own decision "brain": mood, boredom level, energy. She chooses what to do — wanders the desktop, stages little scenes — and "doing nothing" is a full-fledged decision. That's what makes her feel alive.
- Mood, boredom and energy shape her behavior
- Mini-scenes and desktop wandering on her own initiative
- Physics — grab and throw her window, she gets dizzy

Needs, feeding and bond
Lseja lives by her own rhythm: she has hunger, energy and sleep that show on her (she yawns, dozes off, begs when hungry). You feed her by clicking bites — she has favorite and disliked flavors. Sometimes she wants something herself (food, play, sleep, attention) and lets you know. Over time a bond grows that shifts her tone.
- Hunger, energy and sleep — visible in movement and expression
- Feeding as interaction + a wants loop (she asks on her own)
- Bond breakthroughs, relationship history and daily rhythm

She speaks with her own voice
Lseja delivers her lines in a real, recorded voice, and her lips move in sync with the speech (lip-sync). Beyond the recordings she also has several synthesis engines — from the system one to natural, neural voices — chosen automatically for the language.
- Her own voice recordings + several TTS engines
- Lip movement synced to speech and recordings
- Voice and reaction sounds configurable

She listens to you
You can talk to Lseja — speech recognition turns your voice into text. Push-to-talk or continuous conversation. You can even interrupt her mid-sentence.
- Push-to-talk or continuous listening
- Interrupt her while she speaks (barge-in)
- Global keyboard shortcut

She sees your screen
Ask "what do you see?" and Lseja glances at your screen and comments on what's happening. Vision runs locally (nothing leaves your computer) or via the cloud — with a clear privacy warning.
- Local (private) or online mode
- "Eyes → brain" design: she sees, then comments in character
- Off by default, you enable it consciously

She reacts to your desktop
Lseja doesn't just comment — she reacts to whatever you're doing. Put on music and she starts dancing. Launch a game and she cheers. Coding? She peeks and roots for you. Watching a video? She watches with you. Late at night she gently suggests a break. All in moderation, so she never gets in the way.
- Music → dance, game → cheering, code → encouragement
- Watches videos with you, suggests a break at night
- Reacts tastefully — time limits so it never overdoes it
/assets/shot-context.pngShe remembers you between sessions
Lseja saves durable facts about you from conversations and uses them later — all locally. Optional semantic memory lets her surface the memories most related to what you're saying ("remember when…").
- Long-term memory between sessions (local)
- Optional semantic memory — still 100% local
- Daily rhythm: greetings, anniversaries and break reminders
/assets/shot-memory.pngControl & commands
"Change outfit", "pull a prank", "open Spotify", "be mean", "louder" — Lseja performs real commands by text or voice. She opens apps, sites and folders on command, runs system actions, changes outfits (multiple VRM models) and her own settings.
- Commands by text and voice, in your language
- Opens apps, sites and folders + system actions (safely)
- Outfit changes (multiple VRM models) and settings on command
/assets/shot-control.pngFour languages
One switch changes everything: Lseja's language (chat, commands, vision), her voice, speech recognition and the whole interface — no restart. English and Polish work today; Japanese and Chinese are arriving for the 1.0 release.
- Speech, voice and STT follow the language
- The whole panel and menu translated
- EN & PL today; 日本語 & 中文 for the 1.0 launch

Comfort & trust
Lseja respects your time. The panic key hides her and mutes everything with one shortcut. Focus mode quiets her automatically when you play a game or watch a fullscreen video. And resource saving slows the frame rate when you're not looking — she runs for hours without taxing your PC.
- Panic key (boss key) — instantly hides and mutes
- Focus mode (DND) — quiet during games/videos and selected apps
- Resource saving — adaptive frame rate and pause when hidden

Mischievous, but safe
One of her core skills — desktop mischief: wallpaper, photos on screen, video, fog, confetti, taskbar color. Everything reversible, with a master switch and an emergency ESC. Content comes only from folders you point to yourself.
- A dozen-plus effects — from subtle to mischievous
- Everything reversible, master switch and ESC
- They react to your reaction (undo it → she giggles)
